After starting her career as a generalist recruiter, Rawan quickly recognised a recurring issue within traditional recruitment and internal hiring processes. Too often, businesses were losing valuable time, money, and momentum through rushed or misaligned hires. The pressure to fill roles quickly frequently resulted in short-term fixes instead of long-term success.
